After-sale Service Policy

Dear customers: Sendy Audio headphones are all traditional handicrafts. No matter the design, internal accessories, materials and sound quality, they all comply with our high quality requirements. We hope to provide our users with satisfactory experience and service support. If you need help, repair or technical support, please feel free to contact us. In order to help you enjoy our after-sales service directly and quickly, we recommend that you contact your distributors or dealers in your country or region in case you have a problem or need repair.

The warranty:

The standard warranty life for headphones is one year.

The company will be responsible for the free maintenance if any quality problem occurs during the warranty period from the date of sale.

The warranty period of the headphone cable is half a year from the purchase date. Warranty doesn't cover accessories. If accessories are damaged or lost, you can buy a new accessory.
The company is responsible for the maintenance of the products beyond the warranty period, but maintenance fee and component replacement fee are chargeable with appropriate rate.

Invoice or valid purchase evidance shall be provided during maintenance.


Sendy Audio is not responsible for the following situation:

1. Products not sold by Sendy Audio;

2. Man-made or intentional damage;
3. Scratching due to frequent use;

4. Damaged by corrosive liquids;
5. Disassemble and repaire the products without authorization;

6. Other damages not attributable to Sendy Audio;
7. Self-modified products.



Tips on headphone cables:

The headphone cable can be plugged in and out freely. However, the following points should be paid attention to during use:

1. The headphone and cable should be plugged in parallel, and it is not allowed to be shaken up or down forcefully, in case the headphone cable plug is broken;

2. The headphone and cable are metal interfaces. It is recommended not to unplug and plug too frequently in the process of using, so as to prevent long-term wear and tear resulting in poor contact;

3. Sendyaudio headphones should be matched with sendyAudio cable. If you replace the cable of other brands by yourself, the housing around the female plug will be damaged, which is not covered by the warranty.
